Project/Position Introduction.Overview
The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day direction of workflow and staff. The Supervisor ensures contractual obligations are met by identifying, recommending, and/or developing quality improvement strategies through the evaluation of staff performance standards and project performance measures. This positions oversees the Pocatello and Twin Falls office locations.
Responsibilities
Ensure contractual obligations are met by identifying, recommending, and/or developing quality improvement strategies through the evaluation of staff performance standards and project performance measures
Provide time sensitive Ad hoc reports as requested by management
Lead, guide, and train staff, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work; as appropriate to area of operation
Provides technical assistance to staff to address participant needs and resolves issues
Participates regularly in work groups and committees who meet to evaluate customer needs, improve services, and implement new strategies
Conduct quality assurance for completeness, accuracy, consistency and conformity
Ensure quality customer service for internal and external customers
Evaluate systems and data to improve quality control and process improvements
Conduct process improvement utilizing project reports
Complete personnel actions, employee evaluations and monthly reports
Report issues, problems and concerns to the Business Unit Manager
Promote and support team spirit among staff by facilitating communication and problem solving
Ensure communication of policy and program updates
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in related field, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree (four years applicable experience may substitute for degree)
13 years of supervisory experience required; prior experience in a health or social services field preferred
Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience in case management; automated data systems; working with disadvantaged populations
Ability to work with customers in a caring and respectful manner and with due understanding of and consideration for their unique circumstances
Broad knowledge of human services programs
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
Ability to travel regularly between assigned work sites
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
Occasionally lifts, carries, or otherwise moves items weighing up to 25 pounds
Work is constantly performed in an office environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
