As a member of this exciting team you would work in a fast-paced environment assisting with all lending functions in an administrative position.
1. Process and decision consumer loan applications while making appropriate credit decisions based on lending policy and credit worthiness.
2. Performs audits on all loans for accuracy and ensure policies were followed.
3. Conduct branch loan approvals.
4. Assist with new loan procedures and update current procedures.
5. Make sound lending decisions.
Bachelors Degree or 5 years experience in lending. Good written and oral communication skills including telephone skills. Business professionalism and strong work ethic. Accurate and detail oriented. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.
A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Accurate in balancing and account research. Be able to diagnose simple problems. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.) Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc).
