Central Credit Union may have an opportunity ideally suited for you. We are looking for an individual to support the Information Systems Department by running end of day processes and reports.
Ensure proper user setup on various ICCU systems. This requires exactness and thoroughness. Work Saturday shift to cover help desk calls. Answer IS Help Desk calls and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Effectively work on assigned help desk
. Knowledge of the Windows desktop operating system. Good knowledge of Microsoft office products. As assigned, work on auditing various systems and processes. These would include, but are not limited to, Active Directory, Oputils, Express Metrix, etc. Help test new PCs that are imaged to ensure appropriate functionality is available for team member use. Participate in weekly meetings with the IT team to discuss progress and issues to be resolved. Complete miscellaneous tasks and projects as requested.
Have a knowledge of PCs and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Detail oriented. A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records at all times. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities and work with confidential material. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with all department team members in a professional manner. Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly. Quickly and effectively bring to resolution
system problems. Work Saturday shift each week. High level of professionalism. A demonstrated ability to work well with others. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, etc.) Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (computers, monitors, mail, etc). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
