Job Description:
Rockwell Care Services is looking for a dynamic Assistant House Manager to assist the House Manager in overseeing operations at one of our Pocatello residential homes.
This is a full time position (40 hours a week) taking care of disabled clients in a private residence, and assisting in the care and shift coverage in the home.
This full-time position and requires flexibility in work schedule, and required to be on-call at times.
Competition wages and great work environment! The regular work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 3 pm-11pm.
The Assistant House Manager will support the House Manager both in caring for the client and in precise completion of documentation and supervision of other staff working in the home.
The ideal candidate should have strong initiative, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to be creative, while managing multiple priorities.
The successful candidate will be able to maintain effective relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
Companionship Meal Preparation Housekeeping Help individuals achieve personal goals Medication reminders General assistance around their home Running errands Engaging in activates like games, memory books, and light exercise Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing & grooming) Job Requirements:
High School Diploma required Med Tech certified preferred.
6 months experience working with Disabled individuals Strong managerial skills and written and verbal communication skills Clean and valid Idaho driver's license This is meaningful work.
