We are looking for a Help Desk Manager to effectively operate the Help Desk and ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service.
1. Ensures smooth operation of the Help Desk in all areas and establishes training and development to enhance ICCU service and operations.
2. Develop teamwork and cooperation of team members to meet department goals.
3. Ability to make sound troubleshooting decisions that result in a successful resolution to team member questions.
4. Track call volume and ensure team member accountability through cross training.
5. Keep team members motivated with weekly or daily training and to reward team members for outstanding service.
6. Effective team member hiring, complete performance documentation and adequate training to meet the needs of each position.
7. Keeping your manager informed of member needs or desires in regard to direction and development of the Help Desk.
8. Ability to create reports and make recommendations on productivity.
9. Be able to find creative solutions to resolve team member requests.
10. Work well with other departments to maintain up to date training, keeping them apprised of performance and developing long term strategies to reduce calls.
Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience. Ability to work with other department supervisors and to supervise all personnel within the department. Ability to effectively work and communicate with Administration. Ability to cope with pressured situations. Knowledge of general lending policies, mortgage loans, and federal regulations. Ability to make sound lending decisions. Understands Credit Union goals and objectives. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times. Excellent communication and people skills.
A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Self-motivated and takes steps to continually expand knowledge of financial industry. Ability to take the lead in creating and shaping policies and procedures that contribute toward efficiency, quality and pride in department.
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.) Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc).Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc). Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
