We are looking for an Information Systems Business Analyst II to provide business analysis and project management to the credit union as related to the Information Systems department.
1. Independently manage multiple mid- to large scale projects that may be strategic or member-facing concurrently in a fast paced environment.
2. Work directly with departments throughout the organization to determine business requirements, make recommendations for appropriate solutions and develop new processes to achieve improved operational efficiency. This may require use of alternative data collection methods, data organization, data analysis, custom reporting, cost analysis and advanced spreadsheet design.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with ICCU team members as well as 3rd party vendors to implement solutions to satisfy business needs while maintaining a vision for future needs.
4. Prepare business case proposals and develop thorough project plans including project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risks.
5. Provide support to other Business Analysts and/or product or department managers in achieving goals on larger projects.
6. Write technical policies, procedures, and documentation for systems/applications implemented including user guides, troubleshooting guides, etc.
7. Conduct vendor due diligence, evaluate system requirements, review contracts and negotiate pricing.
8. Additional projects as assigned.
Preferred Bachelor Degree in Business or related field. Professional certification in project management or 3-7 years of project management experience. Financial and/or technical background preferred, but not required. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. Experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to work with other department supervisors and team members. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records at all times.
High level of professionalism. A demonstrated ability to work well with others. Make recommendations to meet the goals and objectives of the Credit Union functions, procedures, and policies. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, etc.) Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
