We are looking for an individual to assist the Marketing Department in achieving long and short term goals.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
1. Graphic design and copywriting of marketing materials including but not limited to flyer, poster, and promotion communication
2. Coordinate printing and delivery of marketing materials
3. Create still and animated TV screens for internal and external promotions
4. Create animated TV screens for specific branches
5. Manage the communication system for lobby TV''s
6. Update rates daily
7. Coordinate special mailings
8. Publish promotion updates
9. Prepare presentation materials for business development
10. Represent the Credit Union at community events as needed
11. Research for special projects-gathering data for recommendations.
Qualifications:
Graphic design and copywriting. Math skills, basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office. Bachelor''s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or related field. Desktop publishing skills including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Experience working with animation in Flash Professional. Good written and oral communication skills including telephone skills. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.
Performance Standard:
A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Ability to analyze member needs, develop, and coordinate marketing activities to fit member needs with Credit Union products and services. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
Physical Requirements:
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.)
Sit/Stand for extended periods of time.
Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc).
Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
Reach keyboards.
Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).
